Front Desk Team Member

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Cartersville is looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front Desk team. If you enjoy providing outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Available Shifts:

  • Morning Shift
  • Evening Shift
  • Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check guests in and out efficiently
  • Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
  • Respond to guest requests and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
  • Follow IHG brand standards and hotel policies

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred, but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
