Reports To: General Manager / Assistant General ManagerDepartment: Guest Services / Front OfficeStatus: Hourly, Non-ExemptPosition SummaryThe Front Desk Associate is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional guest service in a limited-service hotel environment.
