Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. In this role, you will create exceptional experiences for our members by providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a clean and organized facility, and helping foster a positive and inclusive fitness community.

This position requires availability for all scheduled shifts and the ability to work at both our South Lake Union and Fremont locations when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Answer phones, emails, and member inquiries
  • Assist prospective members with tours and membership sign-ups
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
  • Set up fitness classes and restock locker room supplies
  • Process transactions and balance cash drawers
  • Protect member privacy and uphold company policies
  • Help create a welcoming and motivating environment for all members


Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
  • Minimum six-month commitment preferred
  • Reliable attendance and holiday availability required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email communication
  • Experience with Mind Body, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, or Google Drive is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
