Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, dependable, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at our Marriott hotel. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, create a welcoming guest experience, and ensure smooth daily front desk operations.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
  •  Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner 
  •  Check guests in and out efficiently using Marriott systems and standards 
  •  Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns promptly 
  •  Answer and direct phone calls professionally 
  •  Process reservations, room changes, and payments accurately 
  •  Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions 
  •  Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction 
  •  Follow all Marriott brand standards and hotel policies 
  •  Balance cash drawer and complete shift reports 
  •  Maintain a clean and organized front desk area 
Qualifications
  •  Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred 
  •  Marriott experience is a plus
