Reports to: Assistant Manager - Sales

FLSA Status: Part time, Non-Exempt

Summary: Weโ€™re looking for a friendly, driven, and detail-oriented Front Desk and Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of our Front Desk. This is a people-first role - youโ€™ll connect with prospective and current members every single day and guide families through enrollment. If you love talking to people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in making a great first impression, this role is for you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet every member and family warmly at check-in and make them feel welcomed from the moment they walk through the door.

Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and conduct outbound sales calls to prospective members with a positive, confident approach.

Guide families through the student registration process using effective sales and customer service techniques.

Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, with a solution driven approach.

Organized, dependable, and proactive about following through on tasks and commitments.

Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.

Basic computer skills.

Required to obtain CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications through Goldfish Swim School.

Must be available for evening and weekend shifts.

What Success Looks Like:

Every family who calls or walks in leaves feeling heard, helped, and excited to enroll.

Enrollment numbers grow because follow-up is consistent and conversations are genuine.

The front desk runs smoothly - schedules are ready, check-ins are seamless, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Families feel confident theyโ€™re in the right place from their very first interaction.
