Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming patients, checking them in, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department. You will also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing mail and deliveries, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department
- Manage appointments and schedules for staff members
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
