Help create, cultivate and promote a positive upbeat facial bar. Asking that only motivated, positive, hard working people apply!

The Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest that comes through the door. They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment and exceed standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service recommendations.

As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.

  • Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.

  • Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.

  • Explain, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.

  • Work with the Salon Manager to notify when supplies are low.

  • Assist in all in-store operational processes.

  • Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.

  • Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.

  • Attend mandatory training and team meetings.

  • Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services to ensure board compliance at all times.

  • Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

Experience

  • Guest Service Experience (1 year)

  • Sales and Marketing Experience

  • Salon Experience Preferred

  • Current Esthetic Students Preferred

Job Type: Full Time, Part Time

Availability: Nights and Weekends Required

Education: High School, or equivalent
