A unique job in that you are wearing lots of hats with various responsibilities. WE WILL TRAIN.

Processing orders from our Amazon Platform as well as other Websites we operate and maintain.

From downloading the order, helping with customization of some of the products. Basic customer service responsibilities,

printing shipping labels, Heavy Typing.

Some of the items we sell Include:

Notary Supplies - Stamps, Seals, Journals and other products Notary Public's require.

Corporate Seals, Stock Certificates, Self inking stamps as well as other unique corporate supplies.

Corporate Kits - New Corporations store their important documents in these binders.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate must at a minimum demonstrate evidence of the following skills.
• Multi-tasking: Strong organizational skills - A Must!
• Ability to absorb and work successfully with details.
• Computer proficiency. Common computer programs, Adobe Acrobat, Internet, Email.
• Positive attitude exercised daily with staff and customers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High energy.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Acute attention to detail.
Hours / Salary
• Full Time Position
• Monday thru Friday 8:30 -- 5:00. 1⁄2 hour lunch.
• Closed major holidays.
• Compensation commensurate with experience.
