ReadiVet is seeking a veterinary assistant or technician to join its growing clinic team.

More than 85 percent of our services are provided in the home, while also offering care in our fully equipped and centrally located clinic for imaging, surgery, and dental procedures.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of veterinary assistant experience and/or veterinary technician license,
  • Proficiency in surgery, dental rads, and procedures
  • Must be comfortable and confident in caring for patients in front of clients, including restraining animals, performing blood draws, placing catheters, preparing for surgery, and performing dental cleanings with x-ray, among other tasks.
  • Must be an excellent communicator and comfortable speaking with clients
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be able to work 4-day work week, 8:00 am- 6:00 pm
  • Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. with assistance (we bring our equipment with us)
  • Valid state-issued drivers license, and ability/comfort in driving to appointments
