WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:
The Technical Part:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and at least five (5) years of experience in Project Management activities within the regulated industry.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis.
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- Experience in:
- Project Management skills.
- All project stages: developing documentation: change controls, business cases, scheduling, etc

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Survey the area where the job is to take place, paying special attention to environmental issues or government codes that need to be considered.
- Before a job starts, prepare reports on their findings and consult with others who have a hand in the project.
- Need to have a strong understanding of building codes, laws and regulations that might affect their projects.
- Demonstrate great understating of cost estimate and determine the total cost of a project.
- Perform daily site inspections, monitor, and provide work permits.
- Monitor all applicable system tests regarding sewage, drainage or elevation levels, Materials and Equipment.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor labor costs.
- Fully accountable and responsible for supervising a job to its completion while paying special attention to the allotted budget, schedule, and quality.
- Must effectively communicate, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Need to pay meticulous attention to detail, must have strong analytical, math and problem-solving skills.
- Assure Project Safety and Compliance requirements are met.
- Submit daily and weekly progress reports.
