Job description

Position Overview
OSAAVA Services is seeking experienced professionals with expertise in joint targeting, operational planning, and intelligence integration to support mission efforts aligned with U.S. military targeting doctrine and cyber operations.
This role supports operational targeting processes, training development, and mission planning activities aligned with Joint Force doctrine and cyber mission operations. Candidates will bring a strong understanding of joint targeting methodology, intelligence integration, and operational planning within Department of Defense environments.
This position supports mission activities at Fort Eisenhower, home of the Army Cyber Center of Excellence and Cyber Mission Force training operations. Key Responsibilities
• Apply targeting methodologies in accordance with JP 3-60 Joint Targeting
• Support execution and analysis of the Joint Targeting Cycle
• Conduct target development and target system analysis
• Apply CJCSI Target Development Standards to operational targeting activities
• Support targeting operations aligned with U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) mission requirements
• Integrate intelligence data to support target identification, prioritization, and effects assessment
• Assist with operational planning and targeting integration within Joint Staff processes
• Support curriculum development and instruction for targeting-related training programs
• Provide subject matter expertise on targeting doctrine, methodology, and operational processes
• Assist in developing training materials, exercises, and scenario-based learning environments
• Support training efforts for cyber operations and operational targeting environments Relevant Experience Areas
Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Joint Targeting Doctrine (JP 3-60)
• Joint Targeting Cycle
• Target Development & Target System Analysis
• CJCSI Target Development Standards
• Operational Planning within Joint Staff processes
• Cyber Mission Force (CMF) operations
• USCYBERCOM targeting operations
• Intelligence support to targeting operations
• Targeting training development or instruction
• Operational or cyber mission planning Potential Role Alignment
Qualified candidates may support roles such as:
• Joint Targeting Analyst
• Targeting Instructor – Army Cyber School
• Targeting Subject Matter Expert (JP 3-60)
• Joint Targeting Training Developer
• Operational Targeting Analyst Required Qualifications
• Experience supporting DoD targeting or operational planning activities
• Working knowledge of Joint Targeting doctrine and processes
• Experience supporting operational or cyber mission environments
• Ability to operate within classified mission environments
• Active Top Secret clearance (TS/SCI strongly preferred) Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting USCYBERCOM or Cyber Mission Force (CMF) operations
• Previous experience in targeting instruction or training development
• Military targeting experience supporting Joint Staff or Combatant Commands
• Intelligence background supporting targeting operations
