Job description

We are looking for a business‑savvy professional who is detail oriented and can assist in driving the business forward. The Office Manager is a leader at Platinum River Innovations and is paramount to business success. On behalf of Platinum River Innovations, the Office Manager is the expert for coordinating office activities both at our home office and at remote employees’ and contractors’ locations.

On a day‑to‑day basis, the Office Manager owns the tactical business calendar and work plans across facilities, equipment, HR, and Finance. The role also acts as an internal project manager for our internal AI tool build activities. Platinum River Innovations runs on EOS, and the Office Manager is accountable for ensuring that standard EOS cadences are followed. The Office Manager partners directly with the CEO & Founder and must embody our core values while collaborating with other leaders and individual contributors to achieve success.

Responsibilities
  • Establish, maintain, readout, and secure approval on plans to achieve corporate Rocks, Quarterly and Annual Objectives.
  • Facilitate L10 meetings and scorecard build.
  • Ensure action items from internal meetings are completed.
  • Proactively manage the Visionary’s calendar to ensure high priority objectives are achieved.
  • Facilitate Internal Client Engagement Quality Cadences.
  • Work directly with Benefits Administration and Payroll.
  • Ensure new employees are on‑boarded and off‑boarded effectively.
  • Manage the feature enhancement and implementation schedules for internal operations manuals and AI/Automation tools.
  • Facilitate local & remote events.
  • Track, order, and replace equipment.
