Job description


As a Global Data Center Strategic Marketing Specialist here at Solstice, you will be the primary engine driving brand presence, industry authority, and technical thought leadership for the data center vertical. You will bridge the gap between complex engineering concepts and market-facing storytelling, ensuring Solstice's innovations in advanced cooling fluids are visible, understood, and respected by global industry leaders.
In this role, you will impact Solstice's positioning as the "gold standard" for low-GWP refrigerants and thermal management solutions by building a strong content engine, elevating industry presence, and strengthening competitive intelligence capabilities.
You will report directly to our Global Strategic Marketing Manager, Data Centers, and you will work out of our Morris Plains, NJ or Sunnyvale, CA location on a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify relevant global industry events (e.g., OCP, Data Center World, DCD, ASHRAE) and work with Customer Marketing on execution, for example, speaking opportunities, booths, sponsored content (digital and physical).
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry associations and conference organizers to strengthen Solstice's thought leadership presence
  • Translate complex technical performance data into compelling case studies, white papers, and technical briefs.
  • Develop and manage marketing collateral including sales decks, brochures, landing pages, and LinkedIn content with Customer Marketing (for material creation).
  • Define creative content, align on marketing channels, media in partnership with Customer Marketing.
  • Monitor competitor activity, product launches, and messaging to maintain a real-time competitive landscape view.
  • Produce monthly market intelligence reports with actionable insights for leadership and sales teams.
  • Track and incorporate global regulatory trends (e.g., PUE, GWP) into marketing messaging.
  • Support eco-system partnerships with key stakeholders to drive new product development.
  • Manage global data center portal to support Business Development teams with market analysis.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience: 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in data centers, HVAC, thermal management, or specialty chemicals
  • Technical/Functional Skills: Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts (e.g., cooling technologies, refrigerants)
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to attend and support global industry events and conferences
  • Operational Conditions: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with technical and commercial teams

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position is $138,745K - $172,843K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice Advanced Materials considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities or the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
