Joint Ventures Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Manassas, Virginia. This role requires you to work onsite primarily in patients' homes, providing personalized care and rehabilitation services. Our therapists enjoy the flexibility of choosing their hours, with a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday. The support and resources from our administrative staff will enable you to focus entirely on providing excellent patient care.

• Evaluate and treat patients in a home care setting, developing comprehensive assessments that guide individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic methods including exercises, stretching maneuvers, hands-on techniques, and specialized equipment to alleviate pain and improve patient mobility.
• Implement customized plans tailored to specific therapeutic goals, ensuring that each patient can achieve their optimal functional potential.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress, and outcomes, ensuring clarity in communication with medical teams and insurance providers.
• Reassess patients regularly to update treatment plans, adapting therapeutic goals as necessary for optimal recovery.
• Provide guidance and training for patients, caregivers, and families in the use of assistive devices and relevant physical therapy techniques.
• Stay updated with the latest best practices in physical therapy by attending workshops, engaging with professional networks, and participating in professional societies.

The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will work with a diverse patient population, including children and adults recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Our focus on home care allows for flexibility in treatment where patients feel most comfortable, fostering better outcomes through personalized attention and tailored rehabilitation approaches. • A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• State licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) through the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of experience in the field, demonstrating effective hands-on patient care.
• Current CPR certification is required to ensure patient safety during therapy sessions.

• Experience in home health care settings is preferred, allowing an understanding of the unique challenges and rewards associated with providing therapy in patients' homes.
• Prior experience working with an orthopedic population strongly preferred to enhance the effectiveness of patient treatment protocols.
