In this hands-on role, you’ll contribute to the construction of high-quality screened porches, decks, and hardscapes—helping transform residential properties into functional, well-crafted environments.
You’ll work alongside an experienced team on a range of projects, from renovations to fully custom builds, playing an important role in bringing thoughtfully designed spaces to life.   • Install premium materials such as decking, custom rail systems, screening systems, and detailed trim elements.
  • Contribute to hardscape installations including paver patios, walkways, and retaining walls, ensuring alignment with design plans.
  • Operate hand and power tools with accuracy to achieve clean, professional-grade results.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site that reflects the company’s high standards and professionalism.
  • Follow detailed plans and collaborate with team members to execute custom-designed builds to exact specifications.
  • Assist with final detailing and project closeout to deliver a polished, client-ready finished product.
