Job description

SAFe Release Train Engineer, Onsite
We have an immediate need for an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) with strong expertise in SAFe Agile delivery, Agile Program Management, and Release Train facilitation to lead Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and drive enterprise-scale program execution.
This is an onsite position based in Washington, DC for a candidate with experience in program/project delivery or Agile leadership, including 2+ years as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) in a SAFe environment. The ideal candidate will possess SAFe RTE certification (or SAFe SPC/Agilist) and strong expertise in PI Planning, Agile Release Train (ART) execution, Scrum, Kanban, Lean-Agile principles, Azure DevOps, Jira/Jira Align, stakeholder management, dependency management, risk and impediment resolution, Agile metrics and reporting, executive communication, and Agile coaching.
No subcontracting is permitted on this position. Candidates must be willing to work directly on our payroll.
