Hiring: Release Train Engineer (RTE) – SAFe Agile 
Location: Bedminster, NJ (Hybrid – 3 Days/Week Onsite)
Experience: 11+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead Agile Release Trains (ARTs) using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). This is an excellent opportunity for a servant leader who excels at coordinating multiple Agile teams, facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning, managing cross-team dependencies, and driving successful enterprise-scale software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
✅ Coordinate multiple Agile teams within the Agile Release Train (ART).
✅ Manage program risks, dependencies, issues, and impediments to ensure successful delivery.
✅ Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams on SAFe best practices.
✅ Monitor Agile delivery metrics including velocity, predictability, burn-up/burn-down, and flow metrics.
✅ Partner with Product Management, Architects, Business Owners, and stakeholders to align delivery with business objectives.
✅ Drive continuous process improvement across Agile teams.
✅ Provide regular program status updates to leadership.
Required Skills
✔ Strong experience with SAFe Agile Framework and Agile methodologies.
✔ Hands-on experience facilitating PI Planning and Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies.
✔ Agile Program Management with dependency, risk, and issue management expertise.
✔ Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
✔ Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
✔ Strong conflict resolution and servant leadership mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification.
⭐ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
⭐ 5+ years of Agile Project or Program Management experience.
⭐ Exposure to AWS, Azure, DevOps, and CI/CD environments is a plus.
