Job description

Nurse Practitioner Troy MI (25 min N of Detroit)

$135k-$155k+

PT or FT

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our mobile wound care group in North of the Detroit area. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner who is compassionate, caring, optimistic, self-motivated, gets excited about a challenge with a willingness to learn. Must have a genuine interest in helping others and have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. The ideal candidate has knowledge of and/or experience in wound management, geriatrics, and/or infectious diseases but we can provide training for the right candidate. This position will require the incoming NP to travel to different locations, providing mobile wound care in homes and facilities around Oakland County, Genese County, & Lapeer County, MI. The Nurse Practitioner will be seeing 4-8 patients per day depending on patient location, utilizing a variety of therapies/treatments to include Ultrasonic Mist Debridement, Skin substitute grafting, wound debridement, and wound cultures.

With a focus on evidence-based practices we use state of the art, advanced treatment modalities, like ultrasonic pain-free debridement protocol, as we strive to promote comfort, prevent complications, and improve the quality of life for our patients.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) program
  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner in MI with minimum of 2 years’ experience
  • Experience in wound care, geriatrics, and infectious disease preferred however, training is provided

Schedule:

  • Full time 5 days/week or Part time (2-3 days per week)

Salary (range):

  • $135k-$155k plus bonus compensation
