Family Medicine / Internal Medicine / Med-Peds Nurse Practitioner

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Henderson, North Carolina. This opportunity offers an outpatient-only practice serving an underserved patient population within a mission-driven healthcare organization. Providers will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with strong clinical support while delivering comprehensive primary care across the lifespan.

Location: Henderson, North Carolina

Setting: Outpatient Primary Care (FQHC)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (open to 3–4 consecutive days)

Patient Volume: 16–18 patients per day

Call: Very light after-hours telephonic call

Start Date: As soon as possible

EMR: eClinicalWorks

Calls are first triaged by experienced RN staff

Provider contacted only for urgent situations or documentation clarification

Weekend or Holiday Call: None

Clinics are closed on major holidays.

Schedule & Coverage

Expected Schedule: Monday through Friday coverage

Five days per week preferred

Open to 3–4 consecutive day schedules

Lunch Break: 1 hour

Candidate Requirements

FNP or PA-C

Minimum 2+ years of experience preferred

Willingness to see 16–18 patients per day

Meet quality metrics for preventive and chronic disease management

Credentialing: Fast credentialing turnaround

Credentialing with major payors supported

Prior Medicare/Medicaid enrollment not required but preferred
