About the Role:
High Desert Wildlife & Pest Solutions is looking for a skilled and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team in the beautiful McCall, ID area. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll protect homes and businesses from unwanted pests while enjoying the great outdoors of Idaho's high desert region. If you love problem-solving, working independently, and making a real difference for customers, this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and entry points
  • Apply pesticides, traps, and exclusion methods to control and eliminate pests
  • Develop and execute integrated pest management (IPM) treatment plans
  • Perform wildlife removal and exclusion services as needed
  • Maintain accurate service records and document treatments performed
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers
  • Safely handle and transport pest control chemicals and equipment in compliance with regulations
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in pest control, wildlife management, or a related field preferred
  • Valid Idaho Pesticide Applicator License or ability to obtain one
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and terrain conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
