Registered Nurse - Short Stay Observation Unit
Position Highlights
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide individualized, high-quality care to cancer patients and their families in alignment with hospital standards, the ANA Code of Ethics, and regulatory guidelines. You'll embody Moffitt Nursing's vision and philosophy, focusing on patient- and family-centered care through Duffy's Quality Caring Model, which emphasizes collaboration, dignity, respect, and a healing environment.
Responsibilities
  • Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for cancer patients and families.
  • Integrate patient- and family-centered care principles and quality caring factors into daily practice.
  • Provide patient education based on individual learning needs.

Ideal Candidate
