Job description

Job Description Job Description Regional engineering firm with strong presence in Arizona and California is looking for a Civil PE Project Manager to come in and oversee and design projects related to infrastructure and development. In this role you will interact with external clients and oversee an internal team to ensure successful completion of projects on time and on budget. Will be responsible for overall design, project budgeting, resource allocation, client communications and project deliverables scheduling.

This position will lead into an office leadership role within 3-5 years. Typical projects include commercial site development, public works projects (road widenings, bike paths, transit centers). Experience inside of site development with land design is required including strong drainage and grading for projects.

You will work with a design team and client to create projects and see them through from beginning concept to final completion. Most projects are new design, but some projects have existing conditions and constraints to design against which make them unique and challenging. Knowledge of AutoCAD civil 3D is required, but there will be a team of designers and drafters that will complete all final AutoCAD drawings.
