We are currently seeking a compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiver to support pediatric clients in Raytown who are on the autism spectrum and have behavioral health needs.

This role is best suited for someone who has prior direct support experience and feels confident providing care, structure, and encouragement in a supportive home environment. We are looking for someone who can build trust, remain calm during challenging moments, and create meaningful connections with the children and families they serve.

Schedule: 30 hours per week (flexible)

Your Responsibilities May Include:
• Providing personal care support
• Assisting with daily routines and activities
• Supporting positive behaviors and emotional regulation
