Home Health Aide

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Assistance with grooming and bathing
• Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
• Alzheimer's Care
• Providing transportation to and from appointments and errands
Requirements to be a Home Health Aide:
• Must be 21 years or older
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Be a good and patient listener in a friendly and polite manner
• Have or be willing to complete a criminal background check
• Possess a valid FL. driver's license and valid auto insurance
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Have or be willing to obtain a current CPR Certification Card
• HIV/Aids (If not we will train)
• Alzheimer's Training (If not we will train)
• Passing scores on the HHA Written Exam and Skills Testing, provided through the office.
