THE CIRCUIT TRAINING INSTRUCTOR WILL TEACH A CLASS AT A CORPORATE RANCH LOCATED IN VAN ALSTYNE, TEXAS. The class will be taught once a week to adults in a serene setting and the instructor can choose one of THE days and times they would like to teach the class on a regular basis: Monday - Friday any time from 1 - 4 pm and Saturdays or Sundays at 4 pm.

A circuit training instructor using gym equipment is a fitness professional responsible for leading group or individual workouts that involve rotating through a series of exercises performed at different stations, often utilizing a variety of gym equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing Circuit Training Programs:
    • Develop creative and effective circuit routines incorporating various exercises (strength and cardio) that target different muscle groups.
    • Customize programs to suit different fitness levels, goals, and potentially sport-specific needs of participants.
    • Ensure the workout flows well and allows for effective training within a specified timeframe (e.g., 30-45 minutes).
  • Leading Circuit Training Sessions:
    • Instruct participants on proper form and technique for each exercise, minimizing the risk of injury.
    • Demonstrate exercises and provide clear explanations of the workout structure and expectations.
    • Guide participants through the circuit, ensuring they transition smoothly between stations with minimal rest.
    • Monitor participants' intensity and provide feedback and encouragement to help them stay motivated.
  • Utilizing Gym Equipment:
    • Incorporate various equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, weight machines (chest press, lat pulldown, etc.), cardio machines (treadmill, elliptical, etc.), and other tools to enhance the circuit.
    • Ensure participants use equipment correctly and safely, explaining any necessary adjustments.
  • Promoting a Positive and Safe Environment:
    • Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where participants feel comfortable and encouraged.
    • Enforce safety rules and regulations related to exercise and equipment use.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workout space, ensuring all equipment is properly stored.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Stay updated on current fitness trends and best practices through continued education.
    • Track participant progress and adjust programs as needed.
    • Potentially participate in marketing and promoting classes or training services.
    • Be prepared to handle emergency situations and administer first aid if necessary.
