Job description

We are looking for a versatile and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you won't just be designing individual assets; you'll be building cohesive visual ecosystems that tell a compelling story across every touchpoint.
The ideal candidate is a master of the Adobe Creative Suite who knows how to balance classic design principles-like expert typography and layout-with modern workflows, including the strategic use of AI tools. You are a detail-oriented collaborator who thinks deeply about the ethical implications of design, including accessibility and sustainability, ensuring our brand resonates responsibly in a digital-first world.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Storytelling: Translate complex marketing objectives into polished, high-impact visual narratives.
Ecosystem Design: Develop integrated design systems that work seamlessly across various platforms and media, rather than isolated executions.
Creative Execution: Produce sophisticated layouts and designs using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, while leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Project Leadership: Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, maintaining organized workflows and collaborating across departments.
What You Bring
Experience: 3-7+ years in an agency or in-house marketing environment; Bachelor's degree in Design or Communications.
Technical Mastery: Expert-level Adobe Creative Cloud skills; a strong understanding of modern design trends and AI-assisted workflows.
Design Ethics: A foundational understanding of web accessibility (WCAG), sustainable design practices, and ethical considerations.
Communication: Exceptional ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate within a fast-paced team.
Portfolio: A diverse body of work that showcases impeccable typography, layout skills, and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
Motion & Video: Experience with motion graphics and short-form video content.
Tooling: Familiarity with Asana, PageProof, Slate, or building templates in Adobe Express. Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans
