Position Summary 

The Global Partner Business Consultant is responsible for leading strategic alliance efforts in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role is pivotal in expanding our market reach through high-impact partnerships with private equity and venture capital firms. The position will be responsible for identifying and cultivating strategic relationships, driving client referrals, and managing partner engagement throughout the lifecycle. This includes executing collaborative marketing initiatives, enabling partner success through training and awareness, and aligning cross-functional efforts across sales, marketing, operations, legal, and finance. Success in this role requires exceptional communication, organizational leadership, and a deep understanding of tech-enabled HR solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with private equity and venture capital firms.
  • Drive successful client referrals to Vensure Global by closing, managing, and empowering partners.
  • Nurture partnerships throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Conceive, implement, and enhance collaborative marketing initiatives, including webinars, events, email campaigns, and content distribution.
  • Partner with marketing, sales and operations teams to drive channel referral growth.
  • Communicate effectively, set clear expectations, and reliably complete agreed-upon deliverables.
  • Organize and manage campaigns within the partnership program, providing clear direction and details on features and benefits.
  • Train and enable partners, building a high level of awareness on our tech enabled solutions and future developments.
  • Communicate and work directly with key stakeholders across the organization, including sales, marketing, legal, and finance.
  • Occasional domestic travel will be required to attend team onsite meetings, client visits, customer events, industry conferences, and training sessions. This may include air travel, ground transportation (including cars, taxis, or rideshare services), and in some cases potential public transportation.

Education & Experience 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education (including other relevant non-traditional degree programs, certifications, or job training programs) preferred.
