Position Title: Digital Transformation Expert
Salary $114,766 / Year
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 Hours/Week
Summary of Duties: Implement innovative use cases within Siemens TEA Digital Transformation Program, focusing on automation, analytics, agile methodologies, and AI across various business functions. Coordinate with IT teams to ensure impactful, scalable solutions. Enhance and execute the TEA Digital Transformation Program processes and tools to help business functions understand and maximize the benefits of automation, analytics, agile, and AI. Collaborate with Business Function Coordinators, IT Teams, and Citizen Developers to implement best practices in Tableau/Knime self-service analytics, Jira, JSM, Confluence, and Mendix/Power Automate. Manage demand for Snowflake data products, Mendix, Atlassian Agile Ecosystem, and ML/Gen AI solutions. Support complex platform migrations and new digital value proposition development. Improve and administer training and protocols to foster a synergistic community of practice and governance. Hybrid work permitted.
Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered, or as a Digital Systems Engineer, Software Developer, or an acceptable alternate occupation. The position requires four (4) years of experience with the following: Systems and processes for developing effective digital use case implementation strategies, including technical architecture solutioning, roadmaps, and cost benefit analysis; and Change Management, IT support coordination, and business adoption for complex platform migration or large digitalization use cases in a broad spectrum of analytics, AI, automation, and agile value propositions. The position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: Developing complex analytics, AI, or automation solutions; Mendix; Tableau; Knime development; Snowflake or database integrations; Atlassian, such as Jira or JSM, modifications; Machine Learning/AI solutions; and SAP. Hybrid work permitted.
