Job Summary:
Sebenza LLC is a woman owned small business operating out of Tysons' Corner VA. They currently have an opening for a Linux Engineer to support their client in the DMV area, focusing on building and automating large-scale infrastructure while ensuring security and compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Build, automate and support mission critical, highly secure and highly available large scale infrastructure.
• Linux systems administration experience (Ubuntu, RHEL or CentOS or similar).
• In depth understanding of OS, systems security, encryption, and networking stack and interfaces.
• Configuration Automation - automation cookbooks and test suites for Ansible, Chef.
• Excellent coding or scripting skills (Python, Groovy or Bash).
• Cloud technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure Infrastructure Services.
• Support compute and data infrastructure both in the cloud and on-premise data centers.
• Automate and enforce IT governance, security, compliance and audit standards.
• CI CD experience with Github, Artifactory and Team City or Jenkins.
• Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills.

• In depth understanding of OS, systems security, encryption, and networking stack and interfaces.
• Configuration Automation - automation cookbooks and test suites for Ansible, Chef.
• Excellent coding or scripting skills (Python, Groovy or Bash).
• Cloud technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure Infrastructure Services.
• Support compute and data infrastructure both in the cloud and on-premise data centers.

• Strong Kubernetes skills including disconnected installation, Kubernetes administration, and troubleshooting issues with the system.
• Extensive Experience with OpenShift, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible and other container orchestration/PaaS technologies.
• Must have solid bash and Python scripting experience.
• Strong Red Hat Linux Administration background with a working knowledge of systems.
• Experience with generating and troubleshooting scripts (i.e. bash, python, perl).
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair hardware problems.
• Experience with Kickstart creation and modification.
• Experience with configuring network related hardware.
• Must have solid technical communication skills and organizational skills.
• Real time containers and orchestration.
