About the role* As a Seasonal Home Care Specialist (Pest Control Technician), you will be the frontline hero keeping our community's homes pest-free during our busiest season. This is a route-based position ideal for those seeking entry-level general labor or field service experience. You will join a high-energy team that values independence, where you will lead your daily operations in the field while receiving full support from our management team.

Pay Information:
  • $18 - $19 Per Hour
  • Expected schedule: Monday through Saturday 10am - 7pm, approx. 40-60 hours per week

  • Age requirement: Due to company auto insurance requirements, all candidates must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Bonus Potential: Up to $750 per month based on performance KPIs and upsells.

Your Role in Action:
  • Inspect & Treat: Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties and apply targeted pest control solutions safely.
  • Document: Record pest activity and treatment details after each appointment.
  • Safety First: Adhere to all product labels and state regulations to ensure safe and compliant practices.
  • Customer Service: Be the friendly face our customers trust to solve their problems.
  • Equipment Care: Keep your company vehicle and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record (3+ years driving experience).
  • Comfortable working outdoors and entering residential homes.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and operate equipment.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Experience in pest control is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 Per Hour
