As a Emergency Management Specialist III - Field Support, you will be responsible for Emergency Response, Business Continuity, and Incident Support team programming and processes. You will also lead Incident Command System (ICS) training, as well as design and facilitation of emergency response exercises for Williams employees and external personnel. A curiosity for problem solving and a focus on safety are keys to success!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
  • Advises operations on corporate programs, operating requirements and systems for emergency response and business continuity by ensuring implementation of preparedness programs
  • Operates as a subject matter expert (SME) and change agent for meaningful interpersonal safety programs and initiatives
  • Maintains positive relationships with regulatory agencies, local emergency services, law enforcement and company partners to build awareness around compliance
  • Manages internal communication system for emergency notifications
  • Acts as back-up to Williams Security Operations Center operators
  • Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
  • Required: High school diploma/GED and a minimum of six (6) years' experience in Crisis Management, Emergency Response & Incident Command Structure
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four (4) years' experience in Crisis Management, Emergency Response & Incident Command System Structure
Other Requirements:
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
  • Preferred: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferred: Proficiency and knowledge of National Incident Management System (NIMS) and Incident Command System (ICS)
Travel Requirements:
  • Travel up to 40%
