  • Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a supportive space for patients to process their trauma and learn practical coping strategies.
  • Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for all patients.
  • Providing crisis intervention and support services during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating agility and responsiveness to patient needs.

  • Staying informed of the latest research, therapeutic practices, and innovations in trauma therapy that can benefit patient outcomes.

Your work will primarily involve patients who have endured significant trauma and are seeking professional assistance in their recovery journey. • A solid understanding of trauma-related disorders and expertise in trauma-informed treatment modalities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach when interacting with patients.
  • The ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations, demonstrating resilience and professionalism.
