Job description

All About Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team serving families throughout the Raleigh-Durham area. This is an in-person, community-based role. This position is ideal for pediatric SLPs who value flexibility, autonomy, and delivering meaningful communication support within children’s everyday routines.

Founded in 2010, All About Therapy is a therapist-owned pediatric practice serving children from birth through age 17. For over 16 years, we’ve built strong relationships within the community and long-term team retention. Your Work in Natural Environments

In this role, you will provide speech and language services where children live, learn, and play.

You will:

  • Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech and language evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans targeting communication, language, social skills, and feeding when applicable
  • Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions, with group sessions as clinically appropriate
  • Utilize play-based, functional, and engaging interventions
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies thoughtfully
  • Maintain timely and compliant documentation
  • Communicate consistently with caregivers and care teams
  • Coordinate scheduling and continuity of care with the AAT administrative team

You will have flexibility in structuring your caseload while maintaining professional accountability and strong communication with families and leadership.

Requirements

Required

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active North Carolina SLP license
  • Ability to provide services effectively in natural environments

Preferred

  • One year of pediatric experience
  • Experience in early intervention or home-based pediatric settings
  • Experience with autism spectrum disorder and developmental delays
  • Familiarity with CDSA service delivery and documentation
  • Comfort with electronic documentation and mobile scheduling systems
