Job description

Residential Elevators is America's premier manufacturer of Home Elevators. Each elevator is custom-built in the USA specifically for the home in which it will be installed. We offer both Traction Machine Room-Less and Hydraulic models with a variety of Cab Styles, Options, Upgrades, and Fixtures to create the perfect elevator.
Our sales team manages the project from conception through installation. Our factory trained elevator mechanics are the best in the business, and our world-class service department handles all services for the life of the elevator.
Description
Earning potential between 80K-120K
Primary Job Duties:
Responsible for overseeing all elevator inspections in Baltimore. Ensure all elevators are installed to meet NEC, ASME, and local home elevator codes.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must have CET, MD Elevator Mechanic License, or successfully completed NEEIP program
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Electrical skills and schematic reading
  • Must be willing to work long hours if needed
  • Occasional overnight travel
  • Must be comfortable with heights and working on ladders
  • Must be capable of lifting 50lbs or more and hard physical work
  • Must be able to work in confined spaces (attics)
  • Must be knowledgeable and experienced in proper use of hand tools
  • Must have valid drivers' license plus clean driving record
