Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Electrician to join our team!  This is a FIELD BASED position.  This position will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects across multiple commercial job sites, ensuring all work is delivered on time, within budget, and compliant with safety standards and electrical codes.
Responsibilities: 
  • Project Management: Lead multiple projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensure the the scope of work is on time, ensure that labor and material are within budget thoughout each phase of the project from beginning to closeout.  
  • Team Coordination: Supervise field supervisors and subcontractors. 
  • Financial & Operational Oversight: Track project material and labor expenses, manage budgets, and drive profitability through accurate cost control and variance reporting. 
  • Technical & Compliance Management: Review electrical drawings, specifications, RFIs, change orders, and submittals; ensure adherence to OSHA, NEC, and company safety and quality policies. 
  • Site Leadership & Problem Solving: Conduct regular site visits, resolve technical and logistical issues, manage material procurement, and coordinate with other trades to avoid delays. 
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, change orders, punch lists, and performance reports for internal and client review. 
Qualifications
  • Journeyman Electrician License is a PLUS.
  • MUST HAVE 5+ years of ELECTRICAL experience and 2+ years of commercial construction managerial experience is REQUIRED.
  • Valid Driver’s License. 
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
  • Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements
  • Professional appearance and courteous personality
