Job description

The EDD Job in the legal department involves supporting business services by performing key legal-related tasks. This temporary position is based in New York and requires a detail-oriented individual to contribute effectively to the team's goals. Client Details This organization is a New York-based financial institution offering commercial banking, lending, and treasury services across multiple U.S. markets. It has built a reputation for supporting cross-border banking needs while maintaining a significant presence in compliance, risk management, and financial services hiring. Description Assist with legal documentation and filing processes to ensure compliance with regulations. Provide administrative support to the legal team, including managing correspondence and scheduling. Conduct research on legal matters as directed by the team. Maintain accurate records and databases related to ongoing legal cases or projects. Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal use. Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary information for legal purposes. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
