Job description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CNC Router Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate flat-bed CNC router machines to cut and shape materials used in point-of-display and merchandising units.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precision, quality, and keeping production running efficiently.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Set up and operate CNC router machines to perform cutting, routing, drilling, and shaping operations
  • Operate flat-sheet CNC router tables (4x8 / 5x10) working with plastics, acrylic, wood, and mixed materials
  • Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and setup instructions
  • Load and run CNC programs and make adjustments as needed
  • Secure materials on the router bed to ensure proper alignment and accuracy
  • Perform tool and bit changes as required
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
  • Troubleshoot machine or production issues to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with team members (including design and production teams) to meet deadlines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or concerns


What You Bring

  • 2+ years previous CNC router experience on flat-sheet router tables (4x8 / 5x10) required.
  • Experience with AXYZ or similar equipment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of machine setup, operation, and basic programming
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle materials as needed


Nice to Have
