CNC Machinist / Setup & Programmer

LaRose Powerhouse Manufacturing LLC is looking for a motivated, dependable CNC Machinist to join our team.


We are a fast-paced job shop handling a wide variety of work, from one-off and short-run parts to higher-production jobs. This position requires frequent setups, changing priorities, and different challenges every day. We are looking for someone who can work independently, solve problems, and take pride in producing quality work.


Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines independently
  • Read prints and understand machining requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and strong attention to detail
  • Be dependable, punctual, motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Troubleshoot, brainstorm, and solve problems independently
  • Work well as part of a small team
  • Be comfortable with frequent job changes, setups, and production runs
  • Be willing and able to lift heavy materials, parts, and tooling
  • Be able to stand and work on your feet for extended periods


This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety and wants to be challenged. Every day is different, and your machining, setup, and problem-solving abilities will be put to use regularly.

Experience with CNC milling, programming, machine setup, and independent operation is required.
