Our products are used by major Energy and Service companies to drill and complete oil & gas wells all across the globe.

We are located at 500 Conroe Park West Dr, Conroe, TX 77303.
What Do We Do Here?
Our Conroe Facility produces downhole products for drilling activities in North America. Our plant has high demand and is operating 24/7 to produce these products for our customers. To meet the demand for our products, we provide employees with an air-conditioned environment, highly organized and clean 300,000 SQ. ft. fabrication facility, new CNC Machines (Mazak, Mori Sieke, DMG Mori, Weiler, etc.), and a strong safety program designed to ensure our team goes home safe to their families after every shift.

Job Duties:
  • Write programs and modify existing ones for increased efficiency.
  • Utilize drawings or CAD models to support program development.
  • Utilize CAM software to produce programs.
  • Make calculations for programming.
  • Create, document and back-up all programs. Update set-up sheets and tool lists as required.
  • Check completed programs by running simulations or tests.
  • Prepare geometric layout of designs using proper software.
  • Determine sequence of operations in a program.
  • Confer with appropriate engineering personnel in preparing and finalizing programs.
  • Choose cutting tools that will be needed.
  • Analyze job order and performs necessary calculations.
  • Simplify tooling time for workers and increases productivity.
  • Monitor all programs to make sure they follow blueprint instructions and safely and successfully complete the task
  • Assure quality and production requirements are met, as per travelers and blueprints, etc.
  • Participate in total quality management projects to achieve continuous improvement.
  • Participate in LEAN manufacturing and SPC activities as required.
  • Report any equipment or facility defect(s) to supervisor.
  • Ensure any accident or injury is promptly reported.
  • Maintain NOV guidelines on safety, quality, and delivery.
  • Clean work areas as necessary to maintain cleanliness, health, and safety standards.
  • All other reasonable tasks assigned with the goal of helping the team, operations, or the facility overall.

EDUCTATIONAL & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3yrs. demonstrable experience in same or similar position with like responsibilities and expected outcomes.
