What Success Looks Like:
  • Set up, operate, and program CNC machines
  • Create and optimize programs using Mastercam (CAM software)
  • Read blueprints, 3D models, and GD&T to plan machining strategies
  • Choose tooling, speeds/feeds, and workholding for efficient production
  • Perform full machine setups (fixturing, probing, tool setting)
  • Inspect parts and materials using precision measuring tools
  • Maintain equipment and workspace; assist with toolroom machines and team collaboration

What You Bring:
  • CNC machining and programming experience required (Mastercam preferred)
  • Ability to read complex blueprints and perform full setups independently
