Job description

Job Title: Senior Cisco Meraki Administrator

Location: Nashville/Goodlettsville, Tennessee (Hybrid)

Role Overview

We need a Senior Cisco Meraki administrator to help with store network lifecycle and provide status updates to management by navigating the Meraki dashboard.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Tracking and reporting on Inventory KPI’s.
  • Monitoring inventory of life‑cycle devices.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation related to network changes.
  • Acting as an escalation point addressing anomalies.
  • Verifying configuration of new devices.
  • Ensuring life‑cycled devices are removed from the Meraki dashboard.
  • Providing detailed progress reports on life‑cycle status.

Required Technical Skills

  • Cisco Meraki Platform: Expert-level knowledge of the Meraki Dashboard (MS, MX, MR, MV, SM).
  • Networking Protocols: Strong understanding of BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, and VPN technologies.
  • Wireless Technologies: Expertise in Wi-Fi standards, RF site surveys, and security.
