Healthcare Executive Placements, Inc. (HCEPInc) is seeking an Interim Nurse Supervisor, Home Health Call Center for a Remote W2 Contract position based in Vallejo, California. Qualified candidates must reside within 2-hours of Vallejo, California.
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks with high likelihood of extending
Location: Remote; candidates must reside within a 2-hour commute of Vallejo, CA
Weekly compensation (based on completion of a 40-hour work week): Between $3,209 - $3,858 (all-in), with flexibility in how the package is structured based on candidate needs. Compensation may include a combination of taxable wages, per diems (if eligible), and reimbursements.
Benefits: Paid sick leave, Paid holidays, Co-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, Cafeteria plan access and 401(k) retirement plan.

The Interim Nurse Supervisor, Home Health Call Center will provide leadership and operational oversight for a team of RNs supporting home health call center operations. This role will focus on supervising staff, supporting efficient workflows, and ensuring high-quality, patient-focused service.
Essential Functions:
The Interim Nurse Supervisor, Home Health Call Center is needed to provide leadership and oversight for a team of RNs supporting home health call center operations.
Key responsibilities include supervising RNs who manage home health calls, providing shift leadership and operational oversight, supporting efficient call center workflows, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality, patient-focused service.
The ideal candidate will have previous home health experience and demonstrated nursing leadership experience. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
Qualifications:
BSN required.
Active CA RN license required.
Home health experience is required, along with relevant nursing leadership experience.
