We are a full-service communications contractor and integrator serving clients nationwide. Our team delivers individualized, end-to-end solutions across areas including enterprise networks, outside plant, telephony, wireless systems, video, and security. With a focus on reliability and service, we help businesses implement complex technology systems efficiently and effectively.


Were hiring a Low VoltageEstimator to support commercial projects involving Structured Cabling, Premise, Security, and A/V systems. This is not a design role, its a hands-on estimating position responsible for reviewing drawings, pricing labor and materials, and working closely with internal teams, vendors, and general contractors to generate accurate and timely bids.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and design documents to determine project scope
  • Perform quantity takeoffs and build cost estimates across multiple phases
  • Prepare bids, submit RFIs, and verify material, labor, and insurance costs
  • Coordinate with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors to align scope and pricing
  • Maintain accurate records of bids, documentation, and estimate data
  • Conduct site visits as needed to evaluate conditions and material needs
  • Engage with vendors to source pricing and explore value engineering opportunities
  • Support change order evaluations and update budgets when needed


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of estimating experience in commercial or industrial environments
  • Experience with low voltage, security, and/or A/V systems
  • Skilled in Excel, Bluebeam, and Smartsheet (or comparable tools)
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
  • BICSI RCDD preferred or willingness to obtain within one year
