Whether you're processing ACH files or helping a customer navigate online banking, you'll play an essential part in delivering the reliable service our customers count on.Key Responsibilities:Report processing, including email notifications, item reviews, and account deposits with accuracy and detailRespond to various channels of customer requestsAssist customers with online banking needsDebit card maintenanceReview and validate new account openings and documentationSupport fraud prevention through account monitoring tasksParticipate in testing, upgrades, and rollout of deposit system changesCollaborate with IT, Retail, and Compliance for seamless service deliveryWire processingSkills for Success:Experience in financial services, banking, or another detail-oriented, tech-savvy rolePrior ACH or check processing experience is preferred, but not requiredComfort using online systems, mobile tools, and multiple computer programs at onceA service-first mindset and strong communication skillsCuriosity, accuracy, and a willingness to learn What is it like to be Premier?
