REGISTERED NURSES NEEDED PER DIEM

Coverage Areas: Garner, Apex, and Smithfield, NC

Minimum Qualifications:

  • IV experience is a plus.
  • Must possessa current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Prior home care experience preferred
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
  • Reliable Transportation


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home assessments for clients
  • Developand reviewcare plan
  • Conduct quarterly supervisory visits
  • Medication administration and management
  • Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to treatment
  • Investigates and resolves patient/family member concernsregardingpatient care
  • Ensures the highest quality of care is provided to patients by reviewingdocumentation

Physical Demands:

  • Combination of sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, climbing stairs and moving intermittently during working hours.
