What are some common challenges encountered when providing support for home access control systems remotely?

One of the main challenges is troubleshooting technical issues without being physically present at the customer's location, which can make it harder to identify and resolve hardware or connectivity problems. Additionally, clear communication is essential when guiding users through complex setup or maintenance steps, as customers may have varying levels of technical proficiency. Working from home also requires strong self-motivation and organization to manage multiple support requests efficiently, while collaborating with team members virtually to escalate or resolve more complex cases.
