Constructioin Estimator - Gouverneur, NY (HYBRID)
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Construction Estimator, located in Gouverneur, NY. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing blueprints and specifications, performing quantity take-offs, and collaborating with project teams to establish budget and cost requirements. The Estimator will participate in pre-construction planning and ensure cost management throughout the project lifecycle. Some work-from-home flexibility is available.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Construction Estimating, Quantity Take-offs, and Budgeting
  • Experience in Cost Management and financial planning for construction projects
  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in construction software is highly beneficial
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines with time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of regional building codes and environmental considerations is a plus
