Job description

Tree Frog Logistics is looking for experienced freight brokers that have SALES experience, a desire to work from home, have guaranteed monthly pay and the ability to make uncapped commissions.
Our Freight Agents have the freedom to be their own boss receiving a high commission split, mentoring and support.
To ensure you have what you need to be successful, we provide you with an online training system that can be completed in a few short days. After that, you are all set to book shipments, manage your customer base and grow your book of business with your manager's support.
Requirements:
  • Phone sales experience
  • Manage book of business
  • Handle all operations and communication with customers and carriers
  • Ability to be a self-starter without need to be constantly managed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Responsibilities
Manage current customers while developing relationships in order to grow customer base.
Professional collaboration and coordination with shippers, carriers and dispatchers.
Here's Our Comp Plan:
  • $40,000 annual pay
  • $500 sign on bonus after completing onboarding
  • $5,000 seat cost to cover DAT, employee tools and monthly pay
  • 20% commission up until $45,000 book of business
  • 25% commission over $45,000 book of business
  • Grow by 9% or more monthly and capture an additional 25% commission of the new growth
