Eat The Frog Fitness, a growing fitness franchise, is looking for a fun, charismatic and highly motivated fitness coach for our Brentwood TN Studio! Eat The Frog Fitness offers the most personalized group training experience in the world.

Responsibilities

  • Offer the most personalized group fitness training experience available

  • Lead pre-designed group training sessions and Eat The Frog Fitness Assessments of groups up to 24 members

  • Ability to modify exercises to accommodate various fitness levels and injuries

  • Educate members on the Eat The Frog Fitnessยฎ VIP Training System

  • Participate in staff meetings and educational presentations

  • Help build Eat The Frog Fitness attendance

  • Assist with Eat The Frog Fitness studio tours and sales

  • Complete the studio cleaning checklist during shift

Qualifications

  • CPR/AED certified

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in fitness related field - OR -

National training certification from an Eat The Frog Fitness approved program (ACE, NSCA, NASM, ACSM, AFAA, AFPA, NFPT, NESTA, NETA, NCCPT, NCSF, ISSA, & NFPT) .

  • At least 3 years of experience teaching groups or personal training in the fitness industry

  • Experience with TRX Suspension Training, Spin, and Indoor Rowing

  • Must be able to safely lift and move up to 55lbs

Eat The Frog Fitness brings together the best of personal training and group fitness in a fully-immersive, 57 minute session packed with industry leading equipment, certified coaches, and custom heart rate training creates a fun and highly effective environment for our Frogsquad members to reach their fitness goals!!!
Must be ACE or NASM Certified with proven experiencle leading small group training. Also, proven ability to help members accomplish strong results and provide needed suggested alternative movements when working with limitations of limited ability in the studio.
