Responsibilities:
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures.

  • Performs routine tasks (e.g., fabrication, testing).

  • Follows instructions closely.

  • Documents work accurately.

  • Works under close supervision and receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles.

  • Basic knowledge of material handling and auxiliary equipment (e.g., dryers, conveyors, chillers).

  • Performs mold setup using standard tools and procedures under supervision.

  • Familiarity with different molding processes (e.g., injection, compression, blow, thermoforming).

  • Basic understanding of part measurement tools and quality inspection techniques.

  • Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and part drawings.

  • Learning to identify and report common molding defects.

  • Demonstrates basic communication skills; listens actively and follows instructions.

  • Shows initiative in learning and completing assigned tasks reliably.

  • Understands the importance of product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Certification or associate's degree preferred.
