Produce Sales Representative – Wholesale Produce

Double Green Wholesales | Homestead, Florida

Full-Time | On-Site

Double Green Wholesales is looking for a motivated, hardworking, and results-driven Produce Sales Representative to join our established sales team.

We have been in the wholesale produce business for more than 20 years and have built a strong customer base and experienced sales team. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for another talented salesperson who wants to build a long-term career with us.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous sales experience required
  • Wholesale produce sales experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with wholesale customers, retailers, distributors, restaurants, or food-service accounts is a major plus
  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, proactive, and results-driven
  • Comfortable developing new business and building long-term customer relationships
  • Able to work in a fast-paced wholesale produce environment
  • Strong team player with a desire to grow and succeed
Compensation & Growth
  • Starting salary: $1,200 per week ($62,400 annually)
  • Performance and salary review after 90 days, with opportunity for an increase based on performance
  • Additional future salary growth based on performance, experience, and contribution to the company
  • Employees may also be eligible for year-end performance bonuses based on overall company performance
