Job description

At Pacific Coast Fresh Co., we've been nourishing the Pacific Northwest since 1977. Still family-owned and operated today-with the third generation now active in the business-we've grown from our humble beginnings as a family-run produce company into one of the region's premier independent food distributors. We proudly deliver fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, proteins, and specialty goods. Our roots are local, our flavors bold, and our service unmatched.
Your Role:
As a Senior Retail Account Manager, you'll bring your deep produce expertise and industry connections to grow our retail business. You're more than a salesperson-you're a trusted advisor who understands what it takes to deliver the right product at the right time to independent grocery retailers.
Your role:

  • Negotiate pricing, commodity programs, and promotions with buyers
  • Partner with the Director of Retail Sales to develop accurate forecasts and sales strategies
  • Collaborate closely with operations and transportation to ensure flawless service execution
  • Stay ahead of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to maximize opportunities

What You'll Bring to the Table:
  • Minimum 3 years of recent fresh produce experience (e.g. sales, brokerage, procurement, or retail)
  • Existing network of retail contacts in Washington strongly preferred
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets with year-over-year growth
  • Strong understanding of commodity pricing, supply chain dynamics, and retail merchandising
  • Reputation for professionalism, integrity, and delivering results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting market demands

Why Join Pacific Coast Fresh Co.?
  • Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), profit sharing, and PTO
  • Perks: Access to exceptional produce through our employee program
  • Growth: Ongoing training and advancement opportunities
  • Culture: A tight-knit, energetic team that celebrates success together

If you're ready to put your produce expertise to work with a company that values relationships as much as results, apply now and let's grow, together.
